Bulk Listing Upload
Efficiently upload multiple properties using our CSV template.
Instructions
- Download the CSV template. This ensures all required fields are present.
- Fill out the property details for each listing in a new row.
- AI Auto-fill: If 'property_type' is left blank, our AI will attempt to infer it from other provided data.
- Model vs. Unit: If the
titlecolumn contains a street address (e.g., "123 Main St"), it will be imported as an individual unit. If it's a descriptive model name (e.g., "The Aspen Model"), it will be imported as a property model. Units will be automatically assigned to models with matching "city", "sqft", "bedrooms" and "baths" if available, otherwise, they will be created as standalone opportunities. - For On-Market Listings: Add a column named
listing_sourceand set the value to "On-Market Partner". You can also add anoriginal_listing_urlcolumn with the Zillow/MLS link. For exclusives, leave these blank. - Save the file and upload it below. Our system will validate the data before finalizing.
- After uploading data, proceed to the "Bulk Image Upload" step to add media for your new listings.

Required CSV columns: title, city, state, zip_code, property_type, price_usd
Optional columns: description, market_value_usd, units (dwelling units), available_units (inventory), sqft, bedrooms, baths, rent (total for all units), year_built, development_status, hoa_fee, state_property_tax_rate, insurance_rate, property_management_fee_percent, video_url, brochure_url, listing_source, original_listing_url, lot_number, completion_date
Property Types: Single Family Rental (SFR), Duplex (2 units), Triplex (3 units), Quadplex (4 units), Multifamily (5+ Units), Build-to-Rent Communities, Townhouse, Land (1-4 Units), Land (5+ Units), Buildable Model, Apartment Complexes
Development Status: Rented, Completed, Under Construction, Pre-Construction, Land With Permits, Raw Land, Buildable Plan
