A task network for LPT Realty agents,
built around the markets you claim
Claim your markets, complete your profile, sign the Partner Agent Agreement, then work the Action Plan. Your LPT Realty compensation plan and split stay as they are. Build 2 Rent adds deal flow and inventory on top of it.
What the network actually is
Inventory, a written task plan and the tools to work investor deals, all scoped to the markets you claim.
Your LPT plan stays yours
Build 2 Rent does not replace your LPT Realty compensation plan or split. It adds deal flow and inventory on top of what you already run.
Exclusive inventory in your markets
Build-to-rent and new construction listings in the markets you claim, including inventory that is not listed on the MLS.
Tasks tied to your market
Your Action Plan comes from the markets you claimed and the profile you fill in: listings to share, builders to contact, leads to follow up with.
Investor tools on every listing
Calculators, proformas and deal analysis, plus a social post generator that builds the graphic and caption from the listing or market you are working.
A pipeline instead of a spreadsheet
Every lead sits in a Deal Pipeline with stages, logged activity and lead protection, so the follow up is written down and visible.
A path to District Manager
As your territory builds, agents who run a market well move into District Manager work and support the builders in that market.
LPT Realty and Build 2 Rent
LPT Realty is your brokerage. Build 2 Rent is the network on top: the inventory listed in your markets, the tasks to work it, and the tools to run investor deals. Nothing in your LPT Realty agreement changes.
No brokerage move
You stay at LPT Realty. We do not ask you to change brokerages, plans or splits.
Scoped to your markets
Your access and your task plan follow the markets you claim, not a national list.
Tasks, not promises
What you work on each week is written down in your Action Plan, and it is yours to work at your pace.
How It Works
Four steps, all of them inside the platform.
Claim your market
Pick up to three markets and rank them. This is where your contact and license details are collected, once.
Complete your profile and sign the Partner Agent Agreement
Both live in your dashboard. Signing the agreement is the step that makes you an active Build 2 Rent agent.
Work your Action Plan
Five tasks at a time, drawn from your plan and the markets you claimed. Complete one, skip what does not apply, and the next task takes its place.
Grow toward District Manager as you build your territory
Keep working the market you claimed. Territory that performs is how agents move into District Manager work with the builders in it.
Claim your market
The Claim Market flow collects your contact and license details and holds your spot in up to three markets. That is the only form you fill out. Claiming already holds your spot, so you can sign the agreement when you are ready.
Already claimed? Your profile, the agreement and your Action Plan are all on your dashboard.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to leave LPT Realty?
No. Build 2 Rent is not a brokerage move. You stay at LPT Realty with your current plan and split, and use the Build 2 Rent network for the inventory you represent and the tasks you work.
How is compensation handled?
You keep your own LPT Realty compensation plan and split. Build 2 Rent adds deal flow on top of it rather than changing it. Compensation on inventory sourced through Build 2 Rent is set out in the Partner Agent Agreement you sign in your dashboard.
Is there an application to submit?
No application form and no review queue. You claim your markets, complete your profile, sign the Partner Agent Agreement, and start on your Action Plan from your dashboard.
What do I actually get access to?
The exclusive inventory and the tasks tied to the markets you claim, plus the investor tools and Deal Pipeline that come with them.
Do I need to be licensed?
Yes. You need an active real estate license in every state you claim, and the Claim Market flow asks for your license number and state while you are there.
Do I have to be local to the properties?
No. Most investor clients buy remotely, so you can work your claimed inventory from anywhere. District Manager work is local to the builder territory you support.
How many markets can I claim?
Up to three, ranked in priority order. Your rank decides the order your claimed markets are considered.
